All the tracks are very good, but I've been listening to 'Elixir' and 'Allegra' more frequently (it's a mood thing). Congratulations. I'm looking forward to see what future albums are in store for you and to all the fans of your work. Favorite track: Elixir.

DJ Nonn Interactive Affairs transports you to a future where all software is experienced in VR, but the world wide web has reverted to the state of the 1990s. Each track has a distinct and well-developed premise, and I can't help but say it makes me think of a more freeform and experimental Windows96. Favorite track: Emepcito.

Fan Fiordo - "Interactive Affairs"

The Argentinean’s blend of electronic nostalgia may be hard to nail down; it constantly expands and distends following Vaporwave's ironic flare. Strikes swing from moody fog, tunes travel aimlessly, and operistic rawness leads up to adulterated and charming visions. On "Interactive Affairs", his forthcoming debut album, Fan Fiordo merged these elements into a cyberchic -and surprisingly intense- nineties fantasy.

From a loungy, sexy intro, the novice "Allegra" ventures into a silvery and dusty storm. Fiordo's aged synthesizers -Yamaha DX7, Roland D50, Korg M1 and Casio CZ1- evoke younger memories of digital era, his unsampled compositions fuel a popish undertone, and a futuristic aura swirls autonomously, showing off an ambivalent spirit in accordance to the ever-changing Internet rhetoric.

"Interactive Affairs" strings together satirical glamour, obscure cyborg myths, and romantic alleyways. Fan Fiordo's synths are an invite to nocturnal meditations as he conjures virtual scenarios designed by oversexualized and geeky suggestions. When guitars sound in the culminating "Emepcito", the Buenos Aires native unfolds gloriously.
